While I've been trying to get around to more of Another Crab's Treasure, I've been getting a lot more engaged with FF12! Just recently my party has been getting close to level 40, and after story events in Mt. Bur-Omisace, I decided I'd clean up whatever hunts I can and get stuff outta the way before moving onto the next big story beat. While the story's been fine, I've grown fond of the gambit system. There's a catharsis to automating things, even if your party might need guidance sometimes. Overall, great game and I hope that I'll be able to chip through the rest of it this month. Dark Souls 3's collecting dust at this point, eager to be the next major commitment game.

So I finished reading Surviving Romance... albeit at the cost of going to bed at 2AM last night. Honestly, as a person who hardly reaches out of their anime/movie/video game comfort zone, I'm blown away with how hooked I got to this webtoon. The last manga related thing I ever got addicted to - even if I had to wait months per chapter - was Land of the Lustrous. So to have a 101 page story I chewed through quicker than my dog and a can of Beneful, that says a lot. Maybe I could do with sleeping at like 10/11PM tonight to get my sleep schedule back on track, but I am utterly blown away with how good this story was!
